I’m Kala Shekhar — a yoga teacher, wellness expert, and corporate speaker with over a decade of experience helping people move better, think clearer, and live more mindfully.

After living and working in eight countries, I’ve seen how true wellness goes beyond fitness — it’s about finding balance in body, mind, and purpose. Through yoga, breathwork, and practical mindset tools, I help midlife women and professionals reclaim their vitality and confidence.
